1. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on u77u77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of u77u77.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated service.
• The payment method you use is registered in your own name.

u77u77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Management

Each Player may hold only one Account on the u77u77 Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, u77u77 will close all but the original Account and may forfeit any balances held across the duplicates.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information at registration and for updating your details promptly when they change. u77u77 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. You must notify u77u77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5. Deposits

u77u77 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods and ৳500 for bank transfer and card methods.

Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees. u77u77 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the u77u77 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. u77u77 reserves the right to apply a maximum single withdrawal limit; players should contact support for details applicable to their account tier.

Before a withdrawal is approved, u77u77 may require the Player to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within the last three months.

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within sixty (60) seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. u77u77 does not charge a withdrawal fee on the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited, with only real-money funds released.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

9. Sports Betting Rules

All bets are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation.

Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the bet is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. u77u77 reserves the right to void a bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, or where irregular betting patterns suggest market manipulation.

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Live odds fluctuate rapidly and u77u77 may suspend a market at any time during an event. Bets placed immediately before or during a suspension are accepted at u77u77's sole discretion.

14. Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting u77u77 support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of pending withdrawal requests) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all applicable verification requirements have been met.

u77u77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, including where: a Player has breached these Terms; fraudulent or dishonest conduct is suspected; a Player is found to be under 21 years of age; or a Player has provided false information during registration or verification. In cases of verified fraud or Terms violation, u77u77 may withhold the Account Balance.

15. Governing Law & Disputes
